DIPS

Humus Dip

 1½ cups chick peas (Garbanzo Beans)
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Satan's Breath® Cajun Blend (or to taste)
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. Hot Chili Sesame Oil
1 T. lemon juice

Soak beans overnight. The next morning, change the water.
Cover the beans with 2" of fresh water. Crush the beef cubes and add them, the salt and the Cajun Blend to the beans.
Cook the beans until they are well done. Remove from the heat, drain and mash fine as mashed potatoes. Put in mixing bowl. Now add the garlic, lemon juice and Hot Sesame Oil. 

This is outstanding on chips or crackers. Can be served hot or cold.

Jalapeno & Seafood Dip

 1-cup no fat sour cream
1-cup no fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. Satan’s Breath® Jalapeño Garlic
1 tsp. Satan's Breath® Cajun Blend
 

This is just about as lean as it gets so enjoy it with
vegetables or crackers.
 

Now if you want to jazz it up a bit add the following:
 

12-oz. smoked oysters or
12-oz tuna, drained or
1-lb cooked shrimp or
1-lb cooked crab meat
Now mix it just as you like it, chill and use with your favorite tool, veggie, chip or cracker.

Southwest Dip

 1-4oz. can green chilies
1-4oz. can mushroom pieces
1-7oz. can Mexicorn
1-14.5oz. can tomatoes with chilies
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup chopped stuffed green olives, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
½ cup bell peppers, chopped
½ cup green onions chopped
1 lb. ground beef, cook in wok prior to putting in dip
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups New Ex-sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Satan’s Breath® Jalapeño Garlic
1½ T. Satan’s Breath® Southwest Blend
1 T. Satan's Breath® X-Hot Chili Powder

Put all in a large mixing bowl and stir until you get an even blend.  Now spray a Pyrex dish with olive oil and pour in the dip mix.  Either put in a 350oF. oven until it bubbles, or in the micro-wave until the cheese melts.  Serve with lime flavored tortilla chips or crackers.
